- It is clear that an effort was made to slant the results here. F=37.8% is not an accurate representation. That is why these polls suck.

- He is not going to be a "party line" Democrat, which I think is very good. However, he will make a big difference for critical votes. Is it to shore up his shifting political base? Of course. He is changing parties not going senile.

- If people in the USA were not so emotional as to run and grab their guns when a small problem occurs this might not be a problem. However, too many see a gun as a solution to small everyday problems. This was bound to happen.

- Owning a gun was a right up to about 1900. Now, it is unnecessary and many people are being killed. Assault weapons are for killing people!

Slap..your comment about women not serving is crazy. You want and demand that women have equal rights/pay/position in society as men but you are the one pulling at the seams tearing this arguement apart. Defense of a country takes all who live in it. If you don't want to serve that's ok....i suppose...but don't sit there and shout foul under the very blanket of freedom and security that myself and over a million men and women provide for you every day. just say thank you and support the men and women who sacrifice everyday to provide you your right to express your opinions. Women have to participate to earn the rights they demand. If not then you can't complain when your rights are stripped from you. Nothing should be just given to you just because! Be apart of the solution and not the problem. I do appreciate your view though and will look for your thought provoking comments on this sight in the future. Have a blessed day.
